This pattern is named after the beautiful poem by Edgar Allan Poe. It has a reversible stitch pattern that is easy to memorize. Both sides look good which works great for cowls. I have pictured both sides in the pattern pages.

The biggest drawback to cast iron cookery is the handle heating up along with the
pan. Luckily, handles are pretty standard in size, so here’s a pattern for a wool cover
that makes it much easier to move the pan. Enjoy!
